When working from home, employees still need to carry out their duties as expected.

It has been just over a year since the start of the Covid-19 pandemic. The outbreak of this contagious disease hit the world’s economy severely and left firms, businesses, corporations, enterprises, and human lives at a standstill. The pandemic also led to a high number of job losses, global poverty, many companies shutting down completely, and staff working remotely.

But, where would the world be without the digital age? Working from home and working remotely has had a huge global impact on the lives of employers and employees. The migration from traditional office space to setting up an office at home and working remotely has caused a rapid shift to digital interaction. Employers have also had to adjust to managing teams remotely to ensure there is no loss in productivity.
