Truck and car collide leaving five injured.

Five people were injured when a truck and a light motor vehicle collided at the Ermelo and Springs intersection in Springs today (Tuesday). On arrival after 10am, ER24 paramedics found the vehicles in the middle of the road. Russel Meiring, the communications officer at ER24, said several people were found walking around on the scene.

“Medics assessed the patients and found that five adults had been injured, one of them seriously. “The patients were treated and the seriously injured provided with pain-relief medication before they were transported to nearby hospitals for further care,” he said.
