Residents at the Vita Nova Centre in Daggafontein received generous donations and other kind gestures from the public over the festive season.
Good Samaritan Karen Slabberther spoilt the ladies at the women’s hostel with beautifully wrapped gifts, bringing joy to dozens of faces.

To make the festivities even more special, a company extended a helping hand and repainted the hostel walls, giving the rooms a fresh look.
“On behalf of all the Vitanovians, we thank each and everyone for your love, support and donations throughout the year. Because of your help, the residents had a wonderful Christmas this year,” said Vita Nova director Michelle Immelman.
