Tsakani – Leadership coach Lungisile Phronesis Madonsela (26) wants to change the world by producing and inspiring leadership within communities.

He was born and bred in Tsakani.

“My leadership journey was influenced by Elijah Nhlapo. I realised the importance of leadership training to society at large.

“Great leadership skills can transform our businesses, communities and can also be beneficial in our personal space.

“I believe that in order to rebuild we need to start with leadership,” he says.

He works hand in hand with local businesses, currently undergoing training to obtain his SETA accreditation certificate.

“Great leadership skills are very crucial because that could be the major difference between shutting down your business and keeping your lights on.

“I have been working closely with local businesses to try and assist them with advice, team motivation, vision and communication, to help them grow and thrive even with the pandemic.

“I am encouraging other people who might need assistance or who need to brain storm ideas to join our Zoom discussions or contact me telephonically,“ says Madonsela.

His biggest dream is to publish a book aimed at leadership skills.

“I want to empower people of all groups and ages.”
