Pick n Pay helping the needy

Pick n Pay will then double the donation by adding their own groceries.

The Pick n Pay at Springsgate Shopping Centre is making food donations to needy people in Springs.

Shoppers can donate meal packages, bread, cereals and more when visiting the shop.

Pick n Pay will then double the donation by adding their own groceries.

These will be distributed evenly by the ward councillors to those in the community who are most in need.

Customers can also purchase a hamper for R200.

Ward 72 Clr Ramesh Sheodin says: “I thank the owner, Albert Dominiques, staff and management and the kind customers for their generous donations towards to needy people of Springs.

“The virus will pass and we will survive because of caring people like these, and many others who have a loving heart.”
