Five stories around lockdown you may have missed
Last week was a busy one for news briefings telling the people of South Africa what to expect as we start lockdown level 4 on Friday.
If you still don’t know what lockdown level 4 will entail or are confused about whether you are free to go back to work, Caxton Local Media published a number of stories to help you last week.
Here are some of the top stories you might want to read or reread:
- Covid-19 level 4: – Lockdown but with minor changes
Parents will be able to buy winter clothes for their children as part of the adjusted restrictions for South Africa under level 4 lockdown.
Restaurants, take-aways and similar places will re-open for delivery only. You will not be able to go to the restaurant to sit down.
All electricity, gas and water supply industries will return back to service.
South Africans will be able to obtain licences and have title deeds registered, as well as access social workers and counselling as the lockdown moves from level 5 to level 4.
