A mother and her son were unharmed after a suspect broke into their Geduld home in the early hours of Sunday morning.
The complainant was asleep when he heard the noise at the door.
He then went to wake his mother in her bedroom and together they peeped through the window and saw a man with a revolver.

The suspect threatened to shoot them.
After the suspect got into the house, he took a TV, laptop and a wallet with R700 inside before fleeing the scene.
No shots were fired and no one was injured during the robbery.
