Parts of Springs will be without power during the day tomorrow

All customers supplied from JVA sub-station, New Era, will be affected by the maintenance work.

“The work will continue until the urgent maintenance work is completed.

“However, no guarantee can be given that the indicated time frames will be met,” the statement reads.

The power will be off tomorrow from 9am to 2pm in the following areas:
• New Era (excluding a portion which does not feed from the JVA sub-station)
• Wright Park
• Pollak Park
• Dal Fouche
• Fulcrum
• Springs Ext
• Reedville

The electricity department advises residents to regard all electrical networks and equipment as being electrically alive at all times while the maintenance work is being performed.
