Geduld dumping site will ease pressure on waste department
According to site manager Samuel Matanda, the drywalling should be complete by the end of this month.
A new mini-dumping site is near completion in Geduld.
Construction began in May and the final renovations and expansions are now underway.

This dumping site serves to reduce the pressure on landfill sites in the area and to make transporting refuse easier for the solid waste department.
The site will also have a designated recycling area as part of the City’s efforts toward preserving the environment.
