Man hijacked by occupant of car with blue lights and sirens

A suspect who was dressed in police uniform got out of the car and instructed the victim to get out of his car.

A man was hijacked on the N17, close to Sundra, last Friday evening says Springs police spokesperson Capt Johannes Ramphora.

The victim, who was driving a bakkie, was stopped by a white Polo with blue lights and sirens.

Three other suspects then tied up the victim with cables and put him in the back seat of his car.

They drove off with the victim and eventually dumped him in KwaZenzele.
