Items worth R91 000 stolen from Selcourt home

Suspects fled the scene in a silver/grey bakkie.

A domestic worker was tied up during a house robbery in Selcourt last Sunday morning.

The complainant was alone in the house, vacuuming in the main bedroom, when she saw two suspects in the bedroom who told her to keep quiet because they are armed with firearms and knives.

They took the TV in the main bedroom and tied her up with plastic cables.

Thereafter they ransacked the house and took jewellery, sunglasses, two TVs, two binoculars, a computer and its monitor.

She later managed to untie herself and contacted the owner of the house.

The total value of the stolen items is R91 000.
