A woman was robbed by two suspects at her flat in 5th Avenue in the CBD on Wednesday morning, according to Springs police spokesperson Capt Johannes Ramphora.
The victim says she was approached by a man who asked about renting a room and she told him she could not help him.
A few minutes later, another man came to ask her about renting a room and while they were talking, the first suspect joined him.

One suspect, with a knife, forced her into the bedroom and locked her inside.
The two suspects then stole her cellphone and R500 in cash then fled the scene.
No injuries were reported.
