Metro says they are attending to Petersfield complaints

Metro blamed a backlog for their lack of action regarding the residents' complaints.

The Petersfield Residents Association, which represents 621 households in the area, said they were questioning why they were paying for services they were not getting.

The metro has responded to their complaints and says there has been a backlog on queries, and they are currently attending to them.

“All outstanding queries and work will be completed by the end of August,” says metro spokesperson Themba Gadebe.
