EMPD spokesperson Wilfred Kgasago says the EMPD Community Liaison and Public Order Policing Task Team Units recovered a Toyota Hilux bakkie on Wednesday afternoon within two hours of it being stolen.
The bakkie was found in Katlehong.

The recovered bakkie was found abandoned with no suspects in sight.
After preliminary formalities were conducted on the scene, the bakkie was taken to SAPS Van Ryn pound in Benoni for further investigation and for safekeeping.
