Driver shot at on the N12
The victim drove straight to the Springs Police Station and did not see if the suspects followed him as it was raining.
A motorist driving on the N12 on Sunday morning was shot at by three suspects.
The victim was on the road when a black sedan suddenly stopped in front of his bakkie and three suspects, all carrying firearms, suddenly jumped out of the vehicle and headed in his direction.
The victim then drove his vehicle into an open veld, turned and sped past the suspects’ vehicle.

It was at this point the suspects ran towards the victim and shot at his car, hitting the driver’s side front door.
The victim drove straight to the Springs Police Station and did not see if the suspects followed him as it was raining.
The victim was not injured during the shooting and no arrests have been made.
