Eastvale mine robbery

When the suspects returned, they took the guard's cellphone and hand radio and fled.

A mine in Eastvale was robbed in the early hours of last week Tuesday.

The security guard on duty was in the guard room when four suspects suddenly entered and demanded the keys for the airlock in the plant section.

After determining the guard did not have the keys on him, the security guard was tied up using his shoelaces and one of the suspects, armed with a firearm, was left to guard him while the other suspect went elsewhere.
