A 32-year-old man was hijacked on Ernest Road, in Springs Extension on Thursday.
When he parked his maroon Hyundai Sonata in his driveway at 8.45pm, two suspects approached him.
According to the Springs police spokesman, Captain Johannes Ramphora, only one suspect was armed with a firearm and pointed the gun at the victim.
After the unarmed suspect took the victim’s cell phone, both suspects got into the Sonata and drove off.
Police are investigating a case of hijacking.
