A 23-year-old woman from Docket Avenue, Springs Extension, claims a noise woke her up just after 11.30am on Tuesday.
When she got up, she was confronted by two suspects who pushed her into the bathroom and closed the door.
Capt Johannes Ramphora, SAPS spokesperson, says the suspects demanded TVs and cellphones.
After a while, the woman heard a vehicle driving away and came out of the bathroom.
She went to the main house and noticed the house had been broken into and a TV set, microwave, six pairs of shoes and a tablet were missing.
“We found fingerprints on the scene and will investigate the case to find the perpetrators,” says Ramphora.
