SAPS spokesman Capt Johannes Ramphora says the suspects drive around in a green Toyota bakkie and rob pedestrians.

“One of their victims contacted the police and when the suspects noticed the police vehicle at 1pm, they sped off,” he says.
Police gave chase and stopped the vehicle in Springs West Road.
The suspects were arrested and police also recovered the stolen goods.

Ramphora says the suspects are being held at the police cells and will appear in court on Tuesday.
