The robbers, one armed with a firearm, entered the shop at 5.45pm.
Springs police spokesman Capt Johannes Ramphora says the suspects tied up a woman and her three children (ages unknown).

“The suspects took three cellphones and fled the scene,” says Ramphora.
Police are investigating a case of business robbery.
