Two arrested after shop is robbed

A business robbery took place at a shop in Second Avenue, Geduld, on March 17.

Capt Johannes Ramphora, spokesman for the Springs police, says three suspects entered the shop and one of them pretended to buy airtime.

“One of the suspects drew a firearm, pointed it at the shopkeeper and ordered him to lie face down on the floor,” says Ramphora.
