The domestic worker saw the two suspects outside the premises in a white bakkie at 10.45am.
Capt Johannes Ramphora, Springs police spokesman, says the duo told the domestic worker the owner had sent them to do repairs at the house.

After the domestic worker opened the gate, they instructed her to go to the main bedroom and cover her face.
The suspects took a TV, WiFi router, jewellery, meat and a laptop, worth about R27 000.

Ramphora says the vehicle the suspects used had no licence plates.
