Springs police spokesman, Capt Johannes Ramphora, stated that the woman says she carried her handbag over her right shoulder, when someone grabbed it and ran away.

The handbag contained an undisclosed amount of cash, a cellphone and the woman’s make-up.
Ramphora says the woman blacklisted her cellphone after the incident.
