A road trip with a difference
The East Rand Hospice will host its second adventure Food Road Trip on November 13.
Laura Kirsten, hospice fund-raiser, says this time the entrants will be required to put their taste buds to the test.

Entrants can choose how they would like to support the fund-raising event, in aid of patients with life-limiting diseases, by involving themselves or their company in one of the following areas:
• Use your own vehicle on the day, follow the clues, answer some questions, complete the required actions and have lots of fun. Cost per vehicle for two to four people are R500 per car.
• The event can be used as a team building exercise.
• In return for your donation, hospice will insert your brochures and business cards into each participant’s goodie bag for the day. Attach a sweet to your information to add to the ‘foodie’ theme on the day.
• Donate goodie bag items, food products and prizes for use on the day.
