Common robbery hot spots:
• Strubenvale
Theft of motor vehicles and theft out of motor vehicles:
• Springs CBD
• Geduld
• Wright Park
• Pollak Park

House break-in
Greybe explains that a house break-in occurs when someone unlawfully enters a house when there is no one at home and attempts to steal items.
Common robbery
Common robbery consists of the theft of property by intentionally using violence or threats of violence to take something from someone else.
Theft of motor vehicles
“This is when cars are stolen while the owners or drivers are not in the vicinity,” says Greybe.
Theft out of motor vehicles
When a vehicle is broken into, but not stolen, an items are removed from within the vehicle.
