The case was postponed to Monday.
He is allegedly being accused of sexual offences against at least six victims aged between six and 10.
Amanda Greybe, Springs police spokesperson, says the man was arrested at the end of August and this was his third court appearance.
The seven-year-old’s mother opened a sexual offence case on August 29 after the alleged incident.
Greybe says the mother allegedly noticed something wrong on her daughter’s body after she returned home from a sleepover at a friend’s house.

The accused remains in custody at the Modderbee Prison until his next court appearance.
