Postage delivery runs smoothly
Post office wants to solve non postage delivery services.
Telkom responded to a recent query by a resident on non postage delivery services in Selcourt.
Andrew Nongogo, head of operations at the SA Post Office, says the Springs mail-sorting depot delivers mail to the Selcourt area every second day, meaning that mail is delivered in Selcourt at least twice a week at any given time.
“Our operations are running smoothly in the area and all residents should be receiving their mail according to schedule. We would like to establish in which part of Selcourt your readers are finding the postal service erratic so that we can investigate,” he says.

“We will improve supervision to ensure the service we render remains at the required standard,” says Nongogo.
