Capt Johannes Ramphora, Springs police spokesman, says a 19-year-old man was approached by two armed men who took him inside the house.
They searched the house and found nothing, but took the man’s cellphone and left.
Ramphora says the same suspects then came across an old man riding his bicycle and robbed him of milk, bread and his jacket as well.
No one was injured during the two robberies.
