The Springs police are searching for two suspects who robbed a house in Madeley Street, Strubenvale on Friday.
The owner of the house was surprised by two suspects.
“One of the suspects, armed with a gun, threatened the woman and pulled her from the bed,” says Capt Johannes Ramphora, Springs police spokesman.
The suspects tied the woman up and started searching the house.
They took three TVs, her ID book and one cellphone.
Ramphora says after taking the stolen goods, the suspects left the house on foot.
No injuries were reported.
