Hats off to the winners

Sarie Breytenbach, centre manager, says all the guests enjoyed the fun day which will be held annually.

The seniors had to throw a hula hoop over a pen and they all received lots of support from the rest of the guests who clapped their hands in amazement.

Sarie says all the guests were encouraged to take part in the fun.

There had to be an overall winner for the Mad Hatters and this honor went to Susan Kruger (87).

Freddie Viljoen (65) received a prize for the cutest men’s hat and Mavis Nel (82) won a prize for the cutest women’s hat.

“The seniors had a good time and loved being spoiled,” says Sarie.

After the fun and laughter subsided, everyone settled down for a scrumptious meal.

“We certainly look forward to the next fun event,” adds Sarie.
