The domestic worker was cleaning the lounge at 1pm, when she noticed someone walking past the window.
She opened the window and saw two men outside who asked her to open the door.
When she refused the robbers forced the door open with a screwdriver to gain entry.
Springs police spokesperson, Johannes Ramphora, says once inside the house, the robbers took the woman to a bedroom and covered her face with a pillow.
They left the woman in the bedroom and searched the house.
The duo left with a TV and four cellphones.
The woman realised it was quiet and called the police to report the incident.
A house robbery case was opened at the police station on Monday.
