Relaxing before going back to work is very important, to get you back into working mode after the holidays.

This will give you the opportunity to plan ahead for the year and reflect on what you have done the previous year.

In order to feel relaxed, you have to be in a peaceful space and not allow your mind to over think.

Getting in that mode can be challenging for some people, especially if they are not use to allowing themselves some “me” time.
