N17 four times Diamond Arrow award
Netcare N17 Hospital was awarded the 2015 PMR Diamond Arrow Award for healthcare providers in Ekurhuleni on Tuesday.
The hospital has won the Diamond award for three years in a row.
These awards are indicators of company’s competencies and are a culmination of a research process.
Andries Joubert, hospital manager, says companies and institutions are rated based on the respondents’ perceptions with a strong focus on evaluating and measuring customer service and satisfaction.
The hospital was included in the Ekurhuleni Metro area survey for the first time in 2009 and won the bronze award followed by the Diamond award in 2010 and 2011.
But in 2012 they came second and were awarded the Gold award.
Based on the survey conducted during September and October, the N17 is the highest rated in the business sector on an overall rating of 4.25 out of a possible 5 and it received the Diamond Arrow Award for the fourth time.
The competition is to be utilised as an investment tool for the metro area and the highest rated companies and institutions.
