According to Springs police spokesman Capt Johannes Ramphora, two armed suspects entered the business at 8am.
A third armed suspect stood guard at the door while the other two went to the counter and removed cash from the till.
Ramphora says they also took three bottles of liquor.
The suspects are aged between 30 and 35 years old.
Ramphora says the shop’s CCTV camera footage will help police with their investigation.
