No load shedding scheduled for today

Eskom released a statement stating that no load shedding is anticipated for today (Friday).

The power system is currently stable and no load shedding is anticipated.

Eskom continues to make progress with its maintenance programme even though the system remains tight.

Customers are encouraged to continue to use electricity efficiently throughout the day and to encourage friends and family to do the same.
