Songezo Radebe is believed to be the biological father of Mmeli Mnisi, and Joseph Ntuli is allegedly the biological father of Sibusiso Mnisi.
The children’s biological mother, Nolast Mnisi, recently died.
It is believed the children last saw Ntuli in 2003 when they lived with him in Busakwe Street, KwaThema.
