Knitted teddies make children smile

Church members hands over knitted teddy bears to sick children.

Several people from the Lodeyko Methodist Church and SpringsCare visited the N17 Hospital on Monday where they gave to give knitted teddy bears to paediatric patients.

At 10am, paediatric sister Kabelo Mohuba accompanied the visitors to the paediatric ward and introduced them to the children and their parents.

Mohuba says the teddy bears are a wonderful gesture .

SpringsCare CEO Chanre van der Merwe, says they also prayed for the children in hospital.

The hand-knitted teddy bears were donated to the organisation.
