Hats off to a great brunch

The senior citizens share their fun.

The SpringsCare Community Centre hosted a Easter Bonner brunch for senior citizens at their hall today (April 10).

They were requested to bring Easter decorated hats, but only Loretta Coleman could be seen wearing a hat.

Loretta handed out sweets to everyone to bring everybody in a festive mood.

Chairman of the SpringsCare senior citizens club Margarette McCreath says this annual event usually takes place before Easter, but this year the programme was just to full to fit it in.

All jumped in and prepared the delicious meal for the guests.

Ex-chairman Margrit Franklin and Courtney Redhill are regular visitors to the club and enjoyed the lovely outing.

Bring your friends along and enjoy a friendship morning of bingo at the club at 10 every first Tuesday of the month.

Include in this is tea and biscuits and a scrumptious lunch sponsored by the club and Mike’s Kitchen.

To book, contact the club on 011 811 1700.
