Abuse parents’ case again postponed

Appearing before regional magistrate Roy le Roux in Springs Regional Court, the abuse parents' case has been postponed.

The court case of the parents who allegedly abused their children was postponed to November 7 when they appeared in the Springs Regional Court this morning (Friday).

Both appeared on Friday morning at the same time before regional magistrate Roy le Roux in Springs Regional Court one, who postponed the case to give the parents a chance to sort out their legal representatives.
Neither was asked to plead.
The man remains in custody and the woman’s bail of R2 000 was extended.
Gcobani Lungu appeared on behalf of the state.
