A woman and her children arrived at work in Drakenstein Avenue, Modder East when they were surprised by two men.
The woman got out of the car to close the gate leaving the door on the driver’s side open.
The car was still idling and her two children were still on the backseat of the car.
Captain Johannes Ramphora, spokesperson for the Springs police, says she suddenly felt someone touching her from behind.
A man grabbed her while another man got into the car on the driver’s side.
Ramphora says the woman begged the two robbers for her children
The one robber on handed her children to her and the left in her car.
