Suspects ran away with alcohol and cash after robbing a bottle store in Dersley on Friday night.
According to Captain Johannes Ramphora of the Springs police, the manager and the employees at the main entrance door was closed.
He says it is alleged that the door was closed by one of the suspects who pretended to be a customer and took out a firearm, instructing the staff to be silent and tied their hands.
“Another suspect stormed inside, jumped over the counter to a cash register, took cash and bottles of alcohol before robbing the staff of their personal belongings, including cell phone,” says Ramphora.
No arrest has been made and the police appeal for assistance in arresting the suspects.
