Motorists worried about Springs’ roads Drivers worried about damage to cars and their safety on Springs' roads. Dudu Ncala: I'm worried for safety reasons. The quality of the materials used to fix the road is not good. After it rains, the road opens up again and damages our tyres. Elizabeth Sibanyoni: Of course I worry when I’m on the road. It’s not safe at all. Godfrey Madula: I do worry about the potholes when I’m on the road. Frank Magkatho: I’m not really worried. I’m experienced, I’ve been driving for years. It is concerning though. Roxanne van den Berg: There are a lot of potholes everywhere and the rain is making them worse. Eric van der Mescht: The potholes are getting worse. We pay a lot of tax but the roads aren’t fixed. Shirley Gouldie: The potholes just seem to be getting worse. People keep stealing the road covers too. Keegan Gouldie: The potholes are pretty bad and sometime’s it’s hard to avoid them.
