To enter the competition you need to have proposed to your significant other, or been proposed to, within the last two months.

Send the following items to editor Samantha Keogh at springseditorial@caxton.co.za within the specific time frame and before the closing date (all closing dates are listed at the bottom of this article):

• Complete the ABOUT THE COUPLE Download it here.
• Send a photo of the couple together. There should be no one else in the photo. Photos must be sent as JPEG attachments to your email and should be a minimum of 1MB in size.
• Send a video of the proposal if you have taken one. Videos should be no more than two minutes long.
• Alternatively, send a written account of the proposal of not more than 200 words.
• A 150- to 200-word motivation explaining why you should win the grand prize.

Closing dates:

All entries must reach us by 4pm on the date specified below.

• Proposals in December 2018 and January 2019 – January 31.
• Proposals in January and February – February 28.
• Proposals in February and March – March 31.
• Proposals in March and April – April 30.
• Proposals in April and May – May 31.
• Proposals in May and June – June 30.
• Proposals in June and July – July 31.
• Proposals in July and August – August 31.
• Proposals in August and September – September 30.
• Proposals in September and October – October 31.
• Proposals in October and November – November 30.
• Proposals in November and December – December 31.
• Proposals in December – January 31, 2019.

Entries sent after the deadline will be disqualified and no communication will be entered into in this regard.
