WATCH: Police fire rubber bullets at protesting Gold One miners

Earlier today, police were shooting rubber bullets and tear gas to disperse picketing workers.

Ahead of disciplinary hearings planned for Monday morning, Association of Mineworkers and Construction Union (AMCU) striking miners picketing outside the Gold One East Modder Operation were dispersed with rubber bullets.

Forty-five miners have been suspended for organising the underground sit-in three weeks ago.

This is a developing story.
