Provincial EMS personnel discovered a body on Welgedacht Road on Monday night.
“EMS employees were driving in an ambulance towards Springs CBD when they spotted a person lying next to the road. They stopped to assist the man, who was lying on his back,” explained Capt Johannes Ramphora, communications officer of Springs SAPS.
“They soon discovered the male was dead. They found a stab wound on the right side of his neck.”
