Nokuphila receives donations

“We identified the school and made sure we deliver,” she said.

Tembelihle Nyongwana and Stephen Moerane, representatives from local companies, recently donated stationery to the Nokuphila Community Care Centre in Selection Park.
In partnership with Kutlwano Social Organisation (Kuso) in Kwa-Thema, they also handed over toys.
“The centre sends us a list of what is needed, and we noticed they don’t have educational toys,” said Moerane.

Nyongwana told the Advertiser the company usually assists schools in their surrounding area, and the centre was identified as being in need.
“This is an ongoing project we will be conducting on a year-to-year basis. It is not going to be only stationery or toys but whatever the centre needs.”
She thanked Kuso for approaching them to be partners.
