A man was shot twice while driving his white Volkswagen Polo on the N12 highway towards Witbank on March 1.
“He was shot twice at the bridge close to the Springs off-ramp. He continued driving until he crashed into the barriers of the highway,” said Capt Johannes Ramphora, communications officer of Springs SAPS.
The wounded man was taken to the Far East Rand Hospital.
