The Springs SAPS Crime Prevention Unit acted swiftly after receiving information about a suspected hijacked trailer in Welgedacht last Friday.
The raid was conducted after the unit received a tip-off.
Upon arrival at a warehouse, the officers recovered a hijacked trailer with two new tractors and two mobile machines.

“On further investigation, it was found that a case of hijacking of a similar trailer was opened at Kempton Park,” said Capt Johannes Ramphora, communications officer of Springs SAPS.
Two suspects were arrested on the scene. A case of possession was opened against them and will be linked to the truck hijacking in Kempton Park.
The station commander of Springs, Brig Thembeka Gwebushe, applauded the members for their commitment to apprehending the suspects.
