Learner’s natural talent takes her far
She has a love for the stage and she always does her best.
Zancha O’ Neill, a Grade One learner from Laerskool Christiaan Beyers, has impressed various judges with her talent in dramatised poetry.
Over several months, she has proven she has a natural ability and has picked up many awards, including 19 items from various Eisteddfods, including Dell-Arte, In the Spotlight, Allegretto, Carpe Diem and Con-Spirito.

At Con-Spirito, O’ Neill passed four out of the six items and walked away with a trophy for best national drama category winner in Grade One.
O’ Neill averages 93% and above in all her performances and has received a total of 40 certificates so far.
“She has a love for the stage and she always does her best. However, none of this would have been possible without the help of her teacher Wilma Troskie who has always stood by her side,” said Zancha’s mum, Bianca O’ Neill.
“Troskie is an amazing teacher, leader and mentor and she always goes the extra mile for her learners.”
