“The sewage drain started leaking on June 20 and I logged a call with the City. The plumbers came out and seemingly sorted out the blockage.
“On June 21, it was running over again, I then logged another call. I followed up on this call at least twice a day as we were not receiving any assistance.
“Last Wednesday, I logged a third call as I was told that the previous call had been closed as the issue had been sorted out.
“I was told last night that it would be sorted out today before 09:00, but as of yet, it has not been resolved. This is now becoming a serious health risk.”
Comment from the City will be published once it has been received.
